In Schedule 3 to the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, in paragraph 3(3)(b), after “under section 177 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” insert “ or Chapter 2 of Part 9 of the Sentencing Code ”.
