Sexual Offences Act 2003 (c. 42)

211 In section 133(1) of the SOA 2003—

(a) in the definition of “order for conditional discharge”, for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

section 80 of the Sentencing Code;”;

(b) in the definition of “the period of conditional discharge”, for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

section 80(1) of the Sentencing Code;”.
