Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44)

228 In section 255A(7) of the CJA 2003—

(a) omit “or” at the end of paragraph (a);

(b) after that paragraph insert—

“(aa) section 254, 266 or 279 of the Sentencing Code, or”;

(c) for “the Sentencing Act”, in both places, substitute “the PCC(S)A 2000”.
