In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (Personal Dental Services Agreements) (Wales) Regulations 2006, in paragraph (a) of the definition of “prison”, for “under section 100 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (offenders under 18: detention and training orders)” substitute “ within the meaning given by section 233 of the Sentencing Code ”.
