Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Surcharge) Order 2012 (S.I. 2012/1696)

406 In the following provisions of that Order, for “section 161A of the 2003 Act” substitute “section 42 of the Sentencing Code”—

(a) article 3(1) and (2);

(b) article 4(1) and (2);

(c) article 5(1) and (2);

(d) article 6(1) and (2).
