In Schedule 1 to the Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013, in paragraph 15(2), for “section 1 (deferment of sentence) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ Chapter 1 of Part 2 of the Sentencing Code (deferment of sentence) ”.
