444 E+W In the following provisions, for “section 154(1) of that Act” substitute “ paragraph 24(2) of Schedule 22 to the Sentencing Act 2020 ”

(a) paragraph 52(2) of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006;

(b) section 22(4)(b) of the Public Bodies Act 2011.
