In the Schedule to the Child Abduction Act 1984, in paragraph 2(1)—

(a)

for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

detained in a place of safety under paragraph 4(2)(a) of Schedule 4, paragraph 7(2)(a) of Schedule 5 or paragraph 24(2)(a) of Schedule 7 to the Sentencing Code;”;

(b)

for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

remanded to local authority accommodation under paragraph 5 of Schedule 4, paragraph 8 of Schedule 5 or paragraph 25 of Schedule 7 to the Sentencing Code;”.
