In Schedule 5 to the Courts Act 2003, in paragraph 2(2), in the definition of “a sum required to be paid by a compensation order”, after “section 130(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” insert “ or Chapter 2 of Part 7 of the Sentencing Code ”.
