In section 179(5) of the Housing Act 1996, in paragraph (g) of the definition of “youth detention accommodation”, for “by order under section 107(1)(e) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000)” substitute “ by regulations under section 248(1)(f) of the Sentencing Code ”.
