22 E+W In section 10(5)(a) of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1968, for “section 14 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “ section 82 of the Sentencing Code ”.
