380 E+W In regulation 3A of the Armed Forces (Financial Penalty Enforcement Orders) Regulations 2009, in paragraphs (2)(b) and (3)(b), for “section 139(2) of the Sentencing Act” substitute “ section 129(3) of the Sentencing Code ”.
