PART 6 E+W Amendments to Part 9: sentencing: principles and procedures

55 E+W In section 246 (crediting of time in service custody: terms of imprisonment and detention), in subsection (6), after paragraph (b) (but before the “and”) insert—

“(ba) an extended sentence of detention under section 254 of the Sentencing Code passed as a result of section 221A of this Act,”.
