This section applies for the purposes of any provision of this Code which requires a person's age to be determined by the court or the Secretary of State.

The person is to be deemed to be whatever age the person appears to the court, or, as the case may be, the Secretary of State, to be.

For this purpose, the court or Secretary of State must consider any available evidence.
