9 U.K. In section 94 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (appeal from within United Kingdom: unfounded human rights or protection claim), in subsection (6A), after paragraph (c) insert—

“(ca) is the subject of a certificate under section 74B of that Act,”.
