PART 2 U.K.Powers relating to the exploitation of sea fisheries resources

32 (1) In the Water Resources Act 1991, in Schedule 25, paragraph 5(4) (byelaws for flood defence and drainage purposes) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In paragraph (b)—

(a) for “or 132” substitute “ , 129A, 129B or 132(1) or (1A) ”;

(b) for “protecting marine conservation zones” substitute “ marine conservation ”.

(3) In paragraph (c)—

(a) for “or 136” insert “ , 134A, 134B or 136(1) or (1A) ”;

(b) for “protecting marine conservation zones” substitute “ marine conservation ”.
