Information concerning deaths S

11 S A funeral director may for the purposes of section 23(1) of the 1965 Act give information concerning the death of a person if the funeral director—

(a) is responsible for the arrangement of the deceased's funeral, and

(b) is authorised by a relative of the deceased to give information concerning the death.
