Declaration of threat to public health in Wales due to coronavirus U.K.

27 U.K. In this Part of this Schedule, “public health response period” means a period which—

(a) begins when the Welsh Ministers make a declaration under paragraph 26(1), and

(b) ends when the Welsh Ministers revoke the declaration.
