Declaration of threat to public health in England due to coronavirus U.K.

4 U.K. In this Part of this Schedule, “public health response period” means a period which—

(a) begins when the Secretary of State makes a declaration under paragraph 3(1), and

(b) ends when the Secretary of State revokes the declaration.
