16E+WArticle 7(2)(h) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (Commencement No. 4 and Saving Provisions) Order 2012 (S.I. 2012/2906), so far as it relates to paragraph 51 of Schedule 12 to the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (saving for reference in section 242 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 to certain remands etc under section 23 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969).
