25E+WIn section 109 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (as it has effect by virtue of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No. 8 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/950), in subsection (1)(a), the words “committed after 30th September 1997”.
