Section 11 (restriction on power to make a community order) is amended as follows.

In subsection (4)(b), in the paragraph (a) to be substituted in section 151(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003, for “16” substitute “18”.

In subsection (5), in paragraph (b) of the subsection (1A) to be inserted into section 151 of that Act, for “16” substitute “18”.
