45E+WIn section 140 (enforcement of fines imposed and recognizances forfeited by Crown Court), in subsection (6), for “the Justices of the Peace Act 1997 and, in particular, section 60 of that Act (application of fines and fees)” substitute “ section 38 of the Courts Act 2003 (application of receipts of designated officers) ”.
