Minor and consequential amendments

10 In Article 75 (offences of providing false or misleading information), in paragraph (1)(a)—

(a) omit the “or” at the end of head (iv);

(b) after that head insert—

“(iva) regulations under Article 200B(8)(d) (duty of trustees or managers to provide statement of strategy), or”.
