The amendments of the Pension Protection Fund (Compensation) Regulations 2005 (S.I. 2005/670) made by regulation 2(2) and (3) of the Pension Protection Fund (Pensionable Service) and Occupational Pension Schemes (Investment and Disclosure) (Amendment and Modification) Regulations 2018 (S.I. 2018/988) (“the 2018 Regulations”) are to be deemed always to have had effect.

The amendment of the Pension Protection Fund (Multi-employer Schemes) (Modification) Regulations 2005 (S.I. 2005/441) made by regulation 3 of the 2018 Regulations is to be deemed always to have had effect.
