In section 28(3) of the Offender Management Act 2007 (custodial sentences where polygraph condition may be imposed on release on licence)—

a

omit the “or” before paragraph (f);

b

at the end of that paragraph insert

or

g

a sentence of detention under section 252A of the Sentencing Code.
