48U.K.In section 5 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 as it forms part of the law of England and Wales (rehabilitation periods for particular sentences), in subsection (1)(d)—
(a)for “Act 1975” substitute “ Act 1995 ”;
(b)for the words from “section 206” to the end substitute “ section 205ZC(5) or 208 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995; ”.
