58 U.K. In Schedule 6 to the Custodial Sentences and Weapons (Scotland) Act 2007 (transitory modifications of Part 1 of the Prisoners and Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Act 1993), in paragraph 4, in the inserted section 9B, after subsection (6) insert—

“(7) This section does not apply in relation to a person to whom section 1AB applies.”
