9(1)If the CAA withdraws a penalty, the CAA must give a notice to the person on whom the penalty was imposed that includes its reasons for withdrawing the penalty.U.K.
(2)As soon as practicable after giving a notice under sub-paragraph (1), the CAA must publish the notice.
