6U.K.Sections 80(2)(b), 81 and 82 of the 1984 Act (which concern a local authority's power to serve notice about a demolition) do not apply to the demolition of the whole or part of a building carried out in exercise of the powers under this Act and to which section 80 of the 1984 Act otherwise applies.
