9 U.K. Part 6 of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations 2013 (marketing of alternative investment funds) is amended as follows.

10 U.K. In regulation 57 (marketing of third country AIFs by full-scope UK AIFMs), after paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A) An AIF does not fall within paragraph (1) if it is recognised under section 271A of the Act.”
