66 (1) Section 104 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In the provision—

(a) after “authority”, in the first place it occurs, insert “or the regulator”;

(b) after “authority”, in the second place it occurs, insert “or regulator”.

(3) In the heading after “authority” insert “or regulator”.
