231 In section 4 (additional learning needs code), in subsection (3)—

(a) in the English language text, for paragraph (j) substitute—

“(j) an integrated care board;”;

(b) in the Welsh language text, for paragraph (j) substitute—

“(j) bwrdd gofal integredig;”.
