PART 1 E+W+S Amendments to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988

11 (1) Section 79 (statements by constables) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (1), omit “or a notice under section 54(5) of this Act”.

(3) In subsection (6)—

(a) omit “, and” at the end of paragraph (a);

(b) omit paragraph (b).
