20 In paragraph 9(1) of Schedule 23 (powers to amend limits in youth rehabilitation orders)—

(a) in the words before paragraph (a), for “either” substitute “any”, and

(b) in paragraph (b), for “18(4)” substitute “18(4) or (4A)”.
