SCHEDULE 21 Minor amendments in relation to the sentencing consolidation

PART 1 Amendments to the Sentencing Act 2020

9 In Schedule 21, in paragraph 4(1)—

(a) omit the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b);

(b) at the end of paragraph (c) insert “and”.
