12(1)Schedule 3 to the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (procedure where accused sent to the Crown Court for trial) is amended as follows.
(2)Omit paragraphs 7 to 13.
(3)In paragraph 15—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1), for “paragraphs 9 to” substitute “paragraph”;
(b)omit sub-paragraphs (3) and (4).
