SCHEDULE 5 U.K.Penalty for failure to secure goods vehicle etc

9 (1) Section 35A (appeals) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1) after “section” insert “31A or”.

(3) In subsection (3)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “and”, and

(b) omit paragraph (b) and the “and” at the end of that paragraph.
