2In section 96 (provisions applying to all persons reported personally guilty of a corrupt or illegal practice)—
(a)omit “or” at the end of subsection (3A)(b);
(b)after subsection (3A)(b) insert—
“(ba)a corrupt practice under paragraph 5ZA of that Schedule (handling of postal voting documents by political campaigners); or”.
