36 Power to amend Schedule 9 U.K.

(1) The Secretary of State may by regulations amend Schedule 9 by—

(a) adding offences, or

(b) varying or omitting offences listed in the Schedule.

(2) Regulations under this section are to be made by statutory instrument.

(3) A statutory instrument containing regulations under this section may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
