SCHEDULE 1 E+WAmendments of the Universities and College Estates Act 1925: consequential amendments

Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8) E+W

16 (1) Section 328 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (settled land and land of universities and colleges) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit subsection (1)(b) and the “and” preceding it.

(3) Omit subsection (2)(b) and the “and” preceding it.

(4) In the heading, omit “and land of universities and colleges”.
