5 Orders under section 73 of the Charities Act 2011: parliamentary procedure E+W

In section 73 of the Charities Act 2011 (powers to make schemes altering provision made by Acts, etc)—

(a) omit subsections (3) and (4);

(b) in subsection (5), omit “Subject to subsection (6),”;

(c) omit subsection (6).
