5In section 32 of the Courts-Martial (Appeals) Act 1951 (tenure of office of Judge Advocate General and assistants), in subsection (2)—
(a)omit the words from “, subject” to “75),”;
(b)for “seventy years”, in both places it occurs, substitute “75”.
