(1)In Schedule A2 to the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (tribunal jurisdictions), after the entry for “Section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996” insert—
“Section 27K of that Act (complaints about tips etc)
Section 27N of that Act (complaints about information)”.

(3)In the Employment Tribunals Act 1996—
(a)in section 4 (composition of a tribunal), in subsection (3)(c), after “section 23,” insert “27K, 27N,”;
(b)in section 18 (conciliation), in subsection (1)(b), after “23,” insert “27K, 27N,”.
(4)In section 34 of the Employment Relations Act 1999 (indexation of amounts), in subsection (1)—
(a)before paragraph (a) insert—
“(za)section 27M(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (complaints about tips etc: compensation);
(zb)section 27O(2) of that Act (complaints about information: compensation);”;
(b)in paragraph (a), for “the Employment Rights Act 1996”, substitute “that Act”.
