There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023, Paragraph 144.
144In connection with the exercise of its powers to impose sanctions under paragraph 136, the Bank must take such steps as it considers appropriate to co-operate with—
(a)the FCA, and
(b)any person who exercises functions outside the United Kingdom equivalent to those exercisable by the Bank under this Schedule.
