In paragraph 12(11) of Schedule 3 to the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019 (definition of protected material)—

(a) in paragraph (a)—

(i) at the end of sub-paragraph (i) insert “or”;

(ii) omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (ii);

(iii) omit sub-paragraph (iii);

(b) in paragraph (b)(ii) omit “or (iii)”;

(c) in paragraph (c)—

(i) at the end of sub-paragraph (i) insert “or”;

(ii) omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (ii);

(iii) omit sub-paragraph (iii).
