(1)

Section 80F (statutory right to request contract variation) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2)—

(a)

at the end of paragraph (a) insert “and”;

(b)

omit paragraph (c) and the “and” preceding it.

(3)

For subsection (4) substitute—

“(4)

This section is subject to section 80IM (which restricts the right to make multiple applications under this Part).”
