The Domestic Abuse Act 2021 is amended as follows.

Omit section 69 (threats to disclose private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress) and the italic heading before it.

In section 85 (power to make consequential provision), in subsection (1)(b), omit “69,”.

In section 86 (power to make transitional or saving provision), in subsection (1)(b), omit “69,”.
