In section 4 (prohibition on unlicensed supply, transmission etc of electricity), in subsection (3A)—
a
omit paragraph (a) (including the “or” at the end);
b
in paragraph (b), for “such a transmission system” substitute “a transmission system by means of which the transmission of electricity takes place”
