There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Energy Act 2023, Paragraph 64.
64The regulations may, in relation to Northern Ireland, make provision about the resolution of disputes involving a heat network consumer or potential heat network consumer (including by providing for a scheme under which complaints may be made to, and investigated and determined by, an independent person or may be referred to arbitration).
